Study in At-Sunrice, Singapore

Hi Guys...kali ini Universal kembali membahas tentang sekolah masak yang ada di Singapore, yaitu At Sunrice. Dan beberapa bukti bahwa sekolah masak ini salah satu yang terbaik untuk belajar masak adalah beberapa komen dari lulusan kami dari Indonesia.

“I chose At-Sunrice because it was the only institution that provides a professional course with only 18 months of study and work rotation.. It is the most disciplined school I’ve ever attended, starting from the nuts and bolts of grooming to daily attendance.
The academy is also very supportive of all the events that I took part in. I was
blessed to be given a chance and At-Sunrice provided me with a solid training to excel in both events.

This is truly a global chef academy. I was really impressed by how authentic the lessons and lecturers are. The multinational chefs here are all experienced and have plenty to share. The facilities and kitchen equipment are complete and the students come from different countries. I like how we learn about both East and West cuisines and the different cooking techniques and marinating, the uses of ingredients, and also about the cultures from various cultures all over the world. Our apprenticeship system is very useful. After returning to the classroom when each three month apprenticeship rotation ends, I learn about new trends that other workplaces are using. This is rather refreshing and very useful for me to use at my apprenticeship site.”

What I learnt from At-Sunrice was more than just basic cooking skills. Through the synchronised study and work rotation, I learnt both the operational and technical aspects of kitchen. What I picked up from my time at the Academy was not just techniques; I was taught to appreciate the history and culture behind each cuisine. I felt so enlightened, after graduation. The lessons learnt were invaluable and are still very useful till this day. I hope to own a few restaurants in Indonesia and abroad, in the next five years
